The Minors lived at 3311 Lucas from 1884-1894. Francis died in the house. Virginia was living there just before she was transferred to Baptist Sanitorium, where she died.
Today, that part of Lucas is known as Samuel Shepard Dr. Here, as all of the other Minor properties, the period buildings are gone. The property is now a parking lot across the street from the Marcelle Club (3310 Lucas).
